Shipping Policy
At Maven Home, we want your shopping experience to be smooth, reliable, and enjoyable. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your retail order will be shipped.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.
Weekends and U.S. holidays are not counted as processing days.
If delays occur due to inventory, address issues, or other factors, we will notify you.
2. Shipping Rates
United States Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
- Free Shipping on orders $75 or more
- Flat Rate Shipping: $10 for orders under $75
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.
3. Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted carriers, including:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
The carrier used will be based on destination, package size, and transit time.

- Expedited options may appear at checkout depending on your location
Please note: Transit times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Once shipped, most orders arrive within:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (U.S.)
- Expedited delivery timeframes vary by carrier
Delivery delays outside our control (weather, carrier issues, peak season, etc.) are not the responsibility of Maven Home.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:
- We can reship it once the correct address is provided
- Additional shipping charges may apply
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
Please email hello@maven-home.com within 5 business days of delivery.
We may request:
- photos of the damage
- order details
- tracking info
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
8. International Shipping
At this time, Maven Home ships only within the United States.
Wholesale international orders are handled exclusively through our Faire storefront.
