At Maven Home, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories included.

To start a return, please email us at hello@maven-home.com with your order number and reason for the return.

We will respond with instructions for completing your return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
